The Mystician student newspaper is written by students for students every two weeks. The editor and assistant editors receive scholarships from the BSC Foundation. Students are encouraged to become involved with and submit work to the college newspaper.
1959-60 Yearbook
The Mystician, the college newspaper, published monthly, is produced by those enrolled in the three journalism classes. These students also comprise the nucleus of the Press Club, organized in the fall of 1959 by the instructor, W. W. Garver. Monthly socials are held under the direction of Art Leno, club president.
The same students comprise the staff of the Spectator, a mimeographed featurette issued monthly to augment the news and features of the Mystician. This is the first year for the new publication.
