Innovation DNA
Introduce the basics of innovation to your employees so they can begin to incorporate innovation into your workplace. Participants have stimulated discussions about organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement relative to innovation and how each person can affect those strengths and challenges.
Personal Innovation Competencies
Allow your employees to become familiar with their individual competencies that are important to innovation. This interactive session is designed to create individual action-learning plans to enhance innovative competencies.
Accelerated Innovation
Using the well known "KnowBrainer Tool," this facilitated session can be used to solidify your personal or business goals, a business idea, work through barriers, or determine "next steps." By using a proven four-stage accelerated innovative process you are able to achieve goals, overcome challenges and solve problems in an accelerated, innovative method. This session can be facilitated one-on-one or with a group. You will soon see fast, innovative results positively impacting your business and life.
Innovation Orientation
This session will introduce you to the basics of innovation. By the end of the session you will be able to incorporate innovation into your workplace, home or other activities you are involved in.
True Colors
This interactive, entertaining and easy way to remember personality trait preferences will provide you with new tools to understand and appreciate yourselves and others more fully. Knowing each other's True-Colors can help build teamwork and communication skills within all your interactions.
