Janet Decker and Heide Delorme are recent additions to the BSC Foundation staff.

Decker is research and grants specialist. She previously worked for the Foundation for eight years, first as BSC Foundation administrative assistant, then as alumni and programs coordinator, and finally as research and grants coordinator. Decker holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California-Irvine and studied management for three years at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is the mother of Cole, 13, and Marie, 10.

Delorme, accountant and programs coordinator, has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Delorme has 15 years experience working in Fargo as an accountant for DMS Health Group, Tharaldson Enterprises, and other businesses. She and her husband Gary have two daughters, Hayley, 10, and Madison, 7. They are registered foster parents.
